Elder Law, which is an extension of traditional estate planning, is comprised of a few specialized areas, including:

- Asset protection of the client's assets
Elder Law issues often arise either in connection with the preparation of a client's estate plan or when a client becomes interested in moving to adult family home or nursing home environment
