Diane joined Mullavey, Prout, Grenley & Foe, LLP in 2002. Her practice emphasizes all aspects of business transactions, general business and corporate matters, estate planning, and probate.

Diane's business practice focuses on the formation, merger, and dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies, professional corporations, and professional limited liability companies; the purchase and sale of entities and/or their assets; and the drafting of contracts, employment agreements, employee manuals, non-competition agreements, construction contracts, and transactional documents for individuals, entities, employers, shareholders, officers, directors, members, and managers. Diane enjoys melding her practice areas together when assisting clients with business succession planning and the transfer of business assets during the probate process.

Diane assists individuals and couples with the preparation of estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Community Property Agreements. She also assists individuals and couples with tax and succession planning. Following the creation of Trusts, Diane assists the trustees with providing required notices and accountings; with modifying Trust terms through amendments and TEDRA actions; and by answering questions regarding the trustees' fiduciary duty.

Diane assists surviving spouses, children, family, and friends of decedents with the administration of their loved ones’ estate through probate, small estate affidavits, claiming successor procedures, community property clearances, and Trust administrations. She also regularly assists personal representatives (executors) and administrators with the interpretation of Wills and by answering questions regarding estate administration and the fiduciary duty owed to beneficiaries and creditors. Diane's practice includes assisting claimants in filing family allowance petitions, creditor claims, Will contests, and TEDRA actions.
