Chuck Mullavey, senior partner at Mullavey, Prout, Grenley and Foe, graduated from Ballard High School, attended Stanford University, and received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Washington.

Chuck frequently testifies as an expert witness in the areas of estate planning and probate, his current specialties within the firm's practices. He is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Washington, as well as the Federal District Courts and Appellate Courts.

Chuck serves on the boards of numerous charitable and civic organizations, and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Seattle. He is a frequent speaker in churches and the community on estate planning and probate, real estate and business transactions.
