Carrie grew up in Normandy Park, Washington, and graduated from Highline High School in nearby Burien, Washington. She attended Colorado State University and the University of Oregon, earning a bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a minor in Economics in 2000. In 2003, Carrie received her juris doctor from Seattle University School of Law. She was admitted to practice in Washington state that year, and in the Western District of Washington in 2004.
Carrie joined Mullavey, Prout, Grenley, & Foe in 2004. Her practice areas include Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Admiralty, Construction Law, and Real Estate, including Landlord-Tenant.
Carrie also regularly volunteers at the Housing Justice Project, a pro bono legal service organized by the King County Bar Association.
