Diane L. Wies
Diane L. Wies grew up in New Jersey. She received her undergraduate education at Union College, in Schenectady, New York where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and German in 1997. While at Union, Diane spent a term abroad studying at the Goethe Institut in Freiburg, Germany. Diane received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac College School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut in 2000, where she was a member of the law review and received a distinguished academic achievement award. Diane was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in June of 2001.
Diane joined Mullavey, Prout, Grenley & Foe, LLP in May of 2002. She is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Washington and the Federal District Court. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, estate administration, trust administration, guardianships, business law, and litigation. Diane's clients include personal representatives, administrators, executors, heirs, beneficiaries, guardians, creditors, individuals and couples needing assistance with estate planning, shareholders, members, corporations, limited liability companies, and contractors among others. For the last several years Diane has been a speaker for the King County Bar Association's continuing legal education program on probate matters. In her free time, Diane enjoys skiing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband and young children.
