Charles N. Mullavey
Senior partner Chuck Mullavey graduated from Ballard High School, attended Stanford University,
and then received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Washington. Chuck's current specialties are in the areas
of estate planning and estate administration, and he has also testified as an expert witness in these areas. He is licensed to practice
in all courts of the State of Washington as well as the Federal District Courts and Appellate Courts. Chuck has been active in the
community throughout his law career, serving on the boards of numerous charitable and civic organizations, and is a member of the
Estate Planning Council of Seattle. He is frequently requested to speak to church groups and other organizations on estate planning and
estate administration.
