Carrie A. Ivy

Carrie A. Ivy attended Colorado State University and the University of Oregon, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a minor in Economics. In 2003, Carrie received her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. She was admitted to practice in Washington State that year, and in the Western District of Washington in 2004. Carrie joined Mullavey, Prout, Grenley, & Foe, LLP in 2004.

Carrie's practice focuses in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions, collections, employment law, maritime and admiralty, construction law, and litigation. Carrie routinely assists clients with commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes; negotiating and resolving real property disputes; real property sales and financing; resolving title issues; contractor lien issues; collection of unpaid commercial and individual debts; maritime liens; foreclosures; and general legal matters. In her spare time, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughters, exploring the outdoors, and listening to good music.
